Masking
As we learn to grow and heal from past traumas we strip off the superficial and fake selves to allow our raw emotions to surface. Human nature is to suppress our feelings. We tend to use vices to mask our emotions keeping the true pain of what is hurting us at bay. As we rely on these various crutches the problem doesn’t go away it eventually births new issues such as addictions. “Masking” was created for those looking to break through to a deeper level of self-awareness and freedom.
